From the opening shot, wherein a blood sample is infused in a virus, the entire setup reminds you of a Hollywood film. This is one of the most true blood franchisees of modern Bollywood, wherein the original story has continued over a decade in its third instalment.
For all the action lovers of the past 2 decades wanting to see that 1 elusive film, it doesn’t get bigger than this. Does it get better?
Denzel Washington is always a treat to watch on screen. Normally actors lose their sheen somehow after winning their Oscars, but Denzel is one, who keeps on surprising us, be it Taking of Pelham 123, Unstoppable or the latest 2 Guns.
It would be redundant to say that all who cared knew that this was Shahid’s make or break film. ever since Kaminey (2009) he hasn’t been able to deliver a solid hit nor a worthy performance. Likewise for Rajkumar Santoshi, who seemed to be in a slumber ever since his mad, zany comic Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahaani in the same year.
