Batman Vs Superman

Batman Vs Superman
For more than 50 years people have been wanting this legendary battle to happen, day vs knight, Son of Krypton vs Bat of Gotham, Batman Vs Superman…….. but, does Snyder deliver and redeem himself from his Man Of Steel disaster? Find out..
The basic story is that Bruce Wayne aka Batman believes that the Man Of Steel, Superman, the Puuurfect hero is a threat to mankind, after the hellfire disaster he created in Metropolis. And then he dreams of an apocalyptic future where Superman has created a living hell, and is ruling the world. To make matters worse, he gets taunts from who he thinks is Superman, and wants to destroy the False God.
The first hour of the film is all about Batman, who is brilliantly portrayed by Ben Affleck, even though people were criticising him of not living up to Christian Bale, he did a pretty good job. The Only reason this film was good is because of him and nothing else. Even his trusty butler, Alfred Pennyworth has also done a good job, and for once even he has a mind of his own.
Lex Luthor is the cheap referee who wants to make Superman look like a fraud, and he tries super-duper hard to do so. Jesse Eisenberg gives his best shot to portray him, but fails miserably. With punchlines that don’t have any punch, and trying to give evil looks with no evil factor in them, I pretty much think he’s ruined the character of Lex Luthor permanently for me.
The stunts for this film is another reason this film gets a plus point. The typical sound wave that Superman leaves whenever he takes a boost never gets old. Even the chase scene between Lex Luthor’s thugs and Batman is really good.
Another aspect of the film that made it worse was Doomsday. With such bad CGI effects and completely wrong information about the character, I just feel bad about these villains who deserve a much more better role than looking fake.
The one thing I will never forgive Snyder for is that he has involved too many characters, with. very little background for one film. Maybe DC wanted to catch up with Marvel’s Avengers and made one big movie that counts for everything they need for Justice League.
Such as Wonder Woman has hardly been given any screen time at all, and she is one of the founding members of the Justice League. If they intend to introduce Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg together in one film, it going to be even worse.
If Snyder doesn’t buck up, then both Justice League 1 and Justice League 2 are going to suffer the same fate as Man Of Steel and this film. In my opinion, they should just get back Christopher Nolan if the franchise wants to see the light again.
In conclusion, Batman Vs Superman is not a “Fun” film and is only made to introduce the Justice League franchise. With bad CGI and an OK story, it doesn’t even pass 50% of the hype.
Does it have The Y Factor : NO
